The top sheet prevents direct contact with your comforter, so it's less likely to get dirty from bodily fluids.Dry clean only means the item should be dry cleaned. To do, place a drop or two of water in an inconspicuous area of the garment, like at the armpit or a hem.To clean your comforter without a washer, fill your bathtub with lukewarm or cold water.
